Germany, Heer. A Kuban Shield, Panzer Issue Newly Listed all secured shut via a(Kubanschild fr Mannschaften der Panzertruppe). Constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a shield bearing a stylized map of the Kuban region, topped by an inscription of KUBAN and a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, in turn flanked by a date of 1943, affixed with all four side clips to a magnetic metal backplate with a black wool liner (indicating Panzer issue) and an intact black paper backer, unmarked, the
