Constructed of metal alloy with a silvered wreath, the obverse consisting of a German national eagle clutching a sword and Stielhandgranate (stalk hand grande) in its talons over top of an oak wreath, underneath which sits a plate bearing the number 75, indicating the recipient participated in at least 75 engagements, vertical pinback, unmarked, measuring 56 mm (h) x 49 mm (w), in mint
