Constructed of grey painted magnetic metal, the obverse bearing a raised Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, set within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of GOTT MIT UNS (GOD IS WITH US) and oak leaf branches, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, maker marked with the logo of Christian Theodor Dicke, Ldenscheid, and a manufacture date of 1943, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), with
