Distilled in 2007, the liquid was finished in a white wine cask, which is unusual for for Dailuaine! Nose: Vanilla fudge followed by sweet cherries and tart raspberries. Palate: Raisins, shortbread and chocolate covered Brazil nuts. Finish: Long, sweet and warm. Gentle spices linger.
